Applications
Keep the evidence clear, complete and in order.
Preserve originals and assemble readable copies according to the insurer’s instructions. Keep identifiers and dates visible, and do not edit factual content or remove context needed to understand the claim.
Put the answer to work
Check the tool’s supported inputs and limits before uploading. Account and plan requirements may apply. See plans.
Should I enhance the original evidence?
Preserve originals unchanged. Create clearly identified working copies for readability, and confirm whether the insurer requires the original files or their metadata. Do not alter factual content.
How WorkSpotHQ helps
Merge PDF
Use Merge PDF to combine the prepared PDF files. Add them in the intended document sequence, inspect the result, and download a new copy. If your starting files are photographs or Word documents, convert those copies to PDF first.
Organize PDF Pages
Use Organize PDF to review the page sequence and make the supported page changes. Check the first and last page of each section in the downloaded result; a correct file count does not guarantee a correct page order.
Compress PDF
Open Compress PDF with the assembled document. Start with a moderate compression choice and use the target-size option if needed. Download and inspect the result before increasing compression: success means a usable file, not merely fewer bytes.
Your next steps
- Keep original photos and documents in a separate folder.
- Group copies by the insurer’s requested categories.
- Order supporting pages chronologically where appropriate.
- Check that compression has not obscured damage details, identifiers or amounts.
What this looks like in practice
A repair invoice and proof of payment may be separate pieces of evidence. An estimate alone should not be described as a paid bill.
A fictional repair claim pack
| Item | Value or document | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| 01-claim-summary.pdf | One-page description and document index | Keep claim facts unchanged; follow insurer instructions. |
| 02-damage-photos.pdf | Copies of the requested photographs | Retain original photographs separately. |
| 03-repair-invoice.pdf | The issued repair invoice | An estimate is not proof of payment. |
| 04-payment-evidence.pdf | Evidence of the actual payment | Confirm the recipient should receive every detail. |
If the insurer requests separate upload slots, keep these separate. If it requests one pack, prepare PDF copies, merge in this sequence and check every page. This is an example, not an insurer’s prescribed format.
Download this fictional example (.txt)Illustrative guidance, not a measured accuracy result or a guarantee for every document.
Before you call it done
Claims requirements vary. File tools cannot determine coverage or guarantee an insurer will accept an altered or converted document.
