What we use

WorkSpotHQ uses browser storage and similar technologies to operate the service, remember choices, keep sign-in and billing flows secure, and—only when you allow it—understand product usage through analytics.

Essential storage

Essential storage supports security, authentication, account sessions, billing return flows, visitor limits, and features you request. Disabling it in your browser may prevent parts of WorkSpotHQ from working. Stripe and Supabase may set or use essential storage when providing payment and authentication services under their own policies.

Optional analytics

When you accept analytics, we may use PostHog for product events, Google Analytics 4 for page and conversion measurement, and Microsoft Clarity for masked session analytics. Analytics collection is initialized only after the choice stored in this browser is “accepted”; if a service is not configured, it does not collect analytics. Clarity masking is applied to shared sensitive surfaces, but masking cannot be guaranteed to catch every possible value.

We prohibit analytics event properties from containing uploaded file contents, extracted document text, full card details, email addresses, or intentionally submitted document content. Where configured, GA4 may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, and Clarity may use _clck and _clsk. Provider behavior and cookie duration can change. PostHog may use cookies or browser storage according to its configured consent-aware client behavior.

Advertising

If advertising is shown, an advertising provider may use its own technologies subject to the choices and disclosures shown at that time. WorkSpotHQ does not sell your personal data. This page will be updated before materially different advertising tracking is introduced.

Change your choice

Your choice is stored in this browser. You can change it below at any time. Browser settings may also let you delete site data or block storage. When you withdraw consent, WorkSpotHQ signals denied consent to configured analytics clients and stops new analytics capture. Prior processing is not undone, and you may clear existing cookies through browser controls.
