Document work
Six files should not require six explanations.
Convert incompatible inputs to PDF, arrange pages in a useful order, and merge only files that belong together. Review the merged output before compressing or sharing it.
Put the answer to work
Check the tool’s supported inputs and limits before uploading. Account and plan requirements may apply. See plans.
Merge first or compress first?
Normally assemble and review the final bundle before compressing. That lets you judge the size and quality of the file you actually plan to send, without repeatedly degrading intermediate copies.
How WorkSpotHQ helps
Merge PDF
Use Merge PDF to combine the prepared PDF files. Add them in the intended document sequence, inspect the result, and download a new copy. If your starting files are photographs or Word documents, convert those copies to PDF first.
Organize PDF Pages
Use Organize PDF to review the page sequence and make the supported page changes. Check the first and last page of each section in the downloaded result; a correct file count does not guarantee a correct page order.
Image to PDF
Use Image to PDF to prepare a PDF copy of your photographs. Check orientation and order, then open the exported PDF. Keep the original images separately if they may be needed as evidence.
Word to PDF
Use Word to PDF on the completed document, then open the exported PDF. Check page breaks, tables and fonts in that output rather than assuming the Word preview and PDF are identical.
Your next steps
- Decide the final order before processing.
- Convert photos or Word files to PDF when required.
- Merge and organize the pages, removing only confirmed duplicates.
- Reopen the bundle and check page count, orientation and sensitive information.
What this looks like in practice
For a client handoff, place the cover note first, the main document second and supporting evidence last. For official records, preserve the required original order instead.
Illustrative guidance, not a measured accuracy result or a guarantee for every document.
Before you call it done
A supported Continue action can carry a file to the next compatible tool. Otherwise download and add the output yourself; not every pair of tools has an automatic handoff.
