Applications
The portal wants a document—not a document project.
Check the receiving organization’s current instructions, then prepare only the requested pages in the required format and size. File preparation does not establish eligibility or guarantee acceptance.
Put the answer to work
Check the tool’s supported inputs and limits before uploading. Account and plan requirements may apply. See plans.
What should I check first?
The recipient’s upload instructions. Preparing the wrong format beautifully still leaves you with the wrong format. Record each upload slot before assembling files.
How WorkSpotHQ helps
WorkSpot Scan
In WorkSpot Scan, add the document, then choose Clean and straighten. For a photo with incorrect edges, use Adjust the four corners myself. In Review your scan, compare Original and Processed before choosing Download JPG or Download PDF.
Split PDF
Use Split PDF with the source document and select the required page positions. Open the exported file and check that the selection matches the requested content, especially when printed numbering differs from PDF page order.
Compress PDF
Open Compress PDF with the assembled document. Start with a moderate compression choice and use the target-size option if needed. Download and inspect the result before increasing compression: success means a usable file, not merely fewer bytes.
Your next steps
- Record the accepted format, size and separate upload categories.
- Capture the whole page without glare or clipped corners.
- Keep related multipage documents together unless instructed otherwise.
- Open the final files, confirm legibility and retain submission confirmation separately.
What this looks like in practice
A rental application asking for identification and income evidence in separate slots needs two files, not one large bundle. A visa portal may have entirely different rules.
Illustrative guidance, not a measured accuracy result or a guarantee for every document.
Before you call it done
Identity and financial documents are sensitive. Review the service’s privacy terms before upload. Use official instructions for photo dimensions and certification.
